@matigo sort of. Naoko's mother remarried and moved from her condo (which is pretty big, 80m2) and has been renting it out ever since. She finished paying off the loan and was like do you you guys want it? Haha

@matigo ah. Yes. Our budget for the renovation is between 1000万 and 1500万.. If you think about it, we'll be living there for at least 15 years, so

@matigo it's a bit old (28-ish years?) but we can completely renovate it relatively cheaply
