@matigo For PrivateLog, there's an e-mail notification when someone uploads an image to a timeline you're subscribed to. I didn't want to send notifications out for every single upload, so I'm coalescing them in to one e-mail within a set period of time (I'm still experimenting with the time -- it'll probably turn out to be between 2 and 5 minutes)
